Winbox02 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to winbox02. This document sets out the terms and conditions ("Terms") governing your use of the platform, website, services, and products provided by winbox02 (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

• Account inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the user's own request to close the account.

If an account is terminated due to a violation, winbox02 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining funds, bonuses, and unclaimed wins. winbox02's decision in such matters is final.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal after all checks are completed.
